Genein Letford is an accomplished individual, recognized as the 2019 LA Lakers Business Woman and the 2015 CA Charter Teacher of the Year. She is a renowned national thought leader, specializing in the concept of 'Prismatic Leadership,' 'Intercultural Creativity®, and NeuroSomatic Creativity®.'

As the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of CAFFE Strategies, LLC, Genein leads a consulting, coaching, and training company focused on helping C-Suite executives and employees develop sustainable organizational equity and inclusion strategies. These strategies are rooted in neuroscience and aim to unleash innovative thinking both individually and within businesses.

During her presentation, Genein will delve into the importance of psychological safety within teams. She will emphasize the significance of perspective-taking, highlighting how understanding the viewpoints of colleagues and clients can enhance job performance and contribute to fostering a just, and fair, workplace.

Genein's session is grounded in brain science, demonstrating that embracing alternative perspectives is crucial for promoting inclusion, creativity, and innovation. Moreover, perspective-taking plays a vital role in cultivating an inclusive culture that prioritizes psychological safety.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to gain new insights, connect with like-minded individuals, and broaden your understanding of building equitable and inclusive workplaces - that unleashes business creativity.
