Join us and our member Malmsten for an exciting event with five-time Olympic swimming finalist Eva-Marie Håkansson.
Her talk is titled: “By Swimmers, For Swimmers — Olympic Athletes apply their passion to Olympic Equipment”
Eva-Marie Håkansson, is the International Sales Manager at Malmsten and five-time Olympic finalist. She will share the story of
Malmsten, the Swedish family and the company, who has supplied Swimming Racing Lane lines to 10 Olympic Games (including Tokyo).
You will learn how her career as an elite swimmer prepared her for a life in business. She will also talk about Malmsten opening manufacturing and distribution in Tempe, AZ for the North American market, and what opportunities this opens.
She will also give a sneak peak at Malmsten’s preparation for the Los Angeles Olympics, 2028. Yes, preparation is already underway!
After her presentation you can taka a tour of warehouse and mingle with Aquatic Professionals and Eva-Marie, and her local colleagues and fellow Olympians Simon Percy and Mikael Orn.
